The Packaging

Each figurine comes in a very vibrant, colorful box with images of several of the other figurines in the box. Up until recently each figurine has come in a red box but now they seem to vary much more as you can see by this batch. I’m not sure if this ties into what shows the superstars are on but the blue is a nice touch and update. They also come with a very nice booklet with information about the superstar with images, information and more. The figurines are also very protected by plastic to prevent them from being damaged in transit, storage, etc.

Samoa Joe

Joe comes in his entrance look with his towel draped over his shoulders, his “hang loose” Samoan hand gestures and his red/black shorts. The detail on him is great, from his facial hair to the moldings of his knee pads and kick pads. Considering the scale is much smaller the molded details on him are pretty impressive as not even the regular Mattel action figures have that much detail. Joe is also on a stand with his name on the bottom as well as felt to keep it from sliding.

Overall, Joe is pretty good. His likeness is decent as sometimes they can be a bit off for their scale but I do like this one honestly. His detail is impressive for a guy with such a simple look. If you’re a fan of Joe I recommend adding him to the collection.

Becky Lynch

Next up we have “The Man” Becky Lynch. I’m surprised it took this long for her to have one but it looks pretty nice as well. She is very detailed as her hair, from the braid to the rest of her wavy hair stands out to me. She has bracelets around her wrist as well as her “The Man” t-shirt underneath her super detailed leather jacket. Not to mention her stockings, which are molded than painted, as well as her short boots. She, too, is on a display stand with her name on a sticker and felt underneath.

Overall, Becky’s likeness is OK. Not amazing but definitely not bad either. For some reason her likeness seems to be quite difficult to capture on a lot of figures I’ve seen. The detail on her truly makes up for all that though honestly. Her jacket and stockings, even her shorts, are super detailed for her scale. As mentioned this is something you don’t even see on the regular action figures so it’s really impressive and makes it worth the little investment if you’re a fan.

Ultimate Warrior

Here we have one of my most anticipated of the series so far. When Warrior was originally revealed I was so excited to get my hands on him and now that moment has come. Warrior is standing with his arms up in the air and his head titled back. He has his face paint of course and mouth wide open as his hair flows back. He even has his tassels on his biceps dangling down. They’re very fragile though so be careful as they’re very flimsy, which you will see in my video review below. Lastly he has his trunks, knee pads with the tassels as well as his boots. He, too, is also on a display stand with his name on a sticker and felt underneath.

Overall, Warrior is nice for classic wrestling fans like myself. His likeness is ok, but the figure overall is decent. Please be very careful though with the tassels dangling from his biceps as one of mine broke off after bumping it. I was able to glue it back on though but these figurines are miniature statues so they are fragile. Besides that it is pretty cool, just something to be aware of if you display him loose.

Shawn Michaels

Last, but not least, we have my favorite of this batch and probably the whole collection to date, Shawn Michaels. This is a young HBK from his earlier days and he looks fantastic. His likeness is spot on and the detail is mind blowing. From his sunglasses to the holes in his gloves to the chains, zippers and other crazy details on his vest. Even his tights have molded designs, which is really cool. Not to mention the detail in his boots as well. Everything about this figurine, especially at the scale, is awesome. Like the others HBK is on a display stand with his name on a sticker and felt underneath.

Overall, I highly recommend this one. It is by far their best in my opinion as it looks just like him and is super detailed. They even nailed his cocky pose. Definitely don’t pass up this one if you collect these!
