Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Cody Rhodes will be part of the upcoming Naked Gun reboot in a cameo role that will reportedly see Rhodes as himself.

Sources told the UK’s Daily Mail that Rhodes will be part of the project which will include Pamela Anderson (Baywatch,) and Liam Neeson (Taken, Star Wars: Episode 1.)

Neeson will portray incompetent detective Frank Drebin who was previously played by the late, great comedic actor Leslie Nielsen.

Rhodes is in his first reign as Undisputed WWE Universal Champion. The American Nightmare dethroned Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 40, ending his 1,316-day run on top.

Cody does have some acting experience. In CW’s Arrow, he played the near-invulnerable antagonist Derek Sampson and would feud in WWE with Arrow star Stephen Amell.
