During Saturday night’s WWE SummerSlam 2023 pay-per-view event, Cody Rhodes defeated Brock Lesnar in the second match on the card.
Rhodes refused to stay down despite Lesnar dominating the lengthy match.
The American Nightmare eventually used the Kimura Lock himself before hitting the Cross Rhodes thrice to slay The Beast.
The victory earned Cody two wins over Brock, as he also beat him at Backlash in May. Following the match, both men shook hands and showed respect to one another, signaling the end of their rivalry.
