CMLL Wrestler To Undergo Surgery, HIMIWARI To Make MLW Debut, Ricochet Speaks Out

Ricochet recently gave his views on AEW’s current narrative involving the Death Riders during a conversation on “The Mark Hoke Show”. He expressed appreciation for the group’s work, detailing how their standard-setting approach is pushing others. He equated the group’s success to legendary wrestlers like Magnum TA and Nikita Koloff from the era of 1985. He voiced support for the Death Riders, applauding their efforts to hold everyone accountable in AEW.

Soberano Jr., a performer for CMLL, spoke with “Mas Lucha” on an upcoming break from wrestling due to surgery planned for next month. Soberano Jr., who hasn’t been active in the ring since March 11, stated that he doesn’t expect to return until November. He emphasized his optimism and intent to continue entertaining fans upon his return.

Major League Wrestling has proclaimed that TJPW wrestler HIMAWARI will participate in her inaugural match for the organization at MLW Battle Riot VII on April 5. Hailing from Tokyo Joshi Pro-Wrestling (TJPW), HIMAWARI possesses a unique blend of athleticism, charisma, and showmanship. The former stage actress and university graduate from Japan is recognized for her theatrical approach and power in the wrestling ring.

The lineup for the Battle RIOT VII event includes a 40-wrestler Battle RIOT match for Matt Riddle’s MLW World Heavyweight Championship. Other fixtures at the event include the MLW World Middleweight Championship match and the MLW Women’s World Featherweight Championship match. The event will also feature the MLW debut fight of HIMAWARI.
