During a recent guest appearance on “The Hot Tag” podcast, WWE icon CM Punk articulated his views on the present WWE roster, the possibility of a match with Damian Priest, along with other matters of interest.

Discussing the current state of the WWE roster, Punk mentioned, “It’s a fair mix of people that I’ve already been in the ring with and people I haven’t. Getting back in the ring with guys like Rey Mysterio or John Cena, Randy (Orton), Cody (Rhodes). There is fun stuff to do there. Then there is the crop of people that I’ve never been in the ring with. Chad Gable is one that really sticks out. I love watching (Ludwig) Kaiser. His skills are quite extraordinary. And yes, Gunther is notable too. I did some dark matches with Dominik, which I think could make for excellent television. Both him and Liv are tremendously talented.”
Regarding a potential match with Damian Priest in the main event at Madison Square Garden, Punk said, “Damian Priest is another contender. We had a casual agreement that we will headline at the Garden. Unfortunately, flight issues interfered with his scheduled dark match. So, I owe him that. In short, the answer is anybody.”
In another recent interview, former WWE Intercontinental Champion Bron Breakker opened up about his experiences and received guidance from WWE legend The Undertaker while speaking at “WKDQ 99.5”.

That image of him and me is definitely going to be framed and put up on my wall for eternity. It was an unreal moment that I got to share with him and for which I am immensely thankful. He’s simply awesome, love that guy.”
