CM Punk vs. Daniel Garcia Announced For 10/8 AEW Rampage, Updated Card

This week’s episode of AEW Rampage is going to be a big one, as CM Punk will once again compete in a buzzworthy bout.
As confirmed during Wednesday’s episode of AEW Dynamite, Punk will take on Daniel Garcia in a singles match, with the fan-favorite star hoping to build his recent victories following his in-ring return. Elsewhere in the night, the top-ranked Jade Cargill will step into the ring against Skye Blue, looking to firmly establish herself as the leadng contender for the AEW Women’s World Championship.
Friday’s show will also feature two title match. The Lucha Brothers will defend the AEW World Tag Team Championship against The Acclaimed, and Ricky Starks will put the FTW Championship on the line against Brian Cage in a Philadelphia Street Fight. This contest will surely produce a chaotic battle between the two rivals, who once worked together as members of Team Taz.
