CM Punk had a recent conversation with Denise Salcedo at the fan-favorite San Diego Comic-Con where he discussed a range of subjects, with his AEW tenure being one of them.
Among all his experiences in AEW, Punk specificaly named his bout with Darby Allin as his most treasured moment. His words were,
“It’s my belief that this was a significant occasion for Darby. As a teetotaler kid who played a major role in tempting CM Punk back into the wrestling ring, and becoming my first opponent after an absence of nearly six or seven years – the memory of that match tops my list. I consider Darby to be a gifted youngster.”
The conversation continued, where he added, “Sharing the wrestling ring with him brought me joy. I believe we created a memorable storyline together.”

In other news, Kamille has officially joined All Elite.
On Thursday, Tony Khan, the president of AEW, made a formal announcement on Twitter. He said,
“Kamille made her comeback to AEW last Wednesday on #AEWDynamite and made a subsequent appearance alongside TBS Champion @MercedesVarnado at @Comic_Con. Now, it’s official!
@Kamille_brick is now part of All Elite!”
