Recently on Instagram, wrestling legend Goldberg announced that following a three-week hiatus from gym activity, he was back in action after surviving a round of stem cell treatment. He cryptically included the acronym “WTFO” in his post, implying those in the know would grasp its significance.
Goldberg is expected to participate in his final wrestling match at some point during this year.
In a recent conversation with Inside The Ropes, fellow wrestling superstar CM Punk explored recent transformations within the WWE’s backstage culture, commenting that these positive shifts have significantly enhanced the quality of the on-screen content. He suggested such changes have encouraged many, including himself, to drop their defenses, establishing a more agreeable ambiance. He stated:
“I just think you know the company has done, like, a complete 180, you know? Like, the culture backstage is completely different now and it seems like people are less likely to walk on eggshells and a lot of people are just friendlier and enjoying themselves, you know?”
Expanding on his comments, Punk added:
“I don’t feel like my guard needs to be up all the time; it’s different and I am enjoying it and I think that comes across on the screen, you know?”
