CM Punk will make his return to AEW on the debut episode of Collision on Saturday, June 17.
AEW President Tony Khan confirmed the news during Wednesday’s Dynamite.
This comes after Punk was at odds with AEW, leading to him being pulled from the Collision promotional material due to a miscommunication over Ace Steel.
Steel was part of the All Out 2022 brawl, being brought back as Punk was upset that Steel could not physically be at the TV tapings and would have had to work remotely.
In addition to the June 17 Collision show in Chicago, AEW is now advertising him for the August 12 episode of AEW Collision from the Greensboro Coliseum Complex in Greensboro, North Carolina.
We’re excited to announce that @AEW: COLLISION, the highly-anticipated new show from All Elite Wrestling, will be kicking down the doors of Greensboro Coliseum on Saturday, August 12!
Tickets go on sale next Friday, June 9 at 10 AM – more information to come! #AEWCollision pic.twitter.com/1SfMjQZpCi
