Christopher Daniels transitioned into the temporary position of Executive Vice President (EVP) at AEW after he was allegedly “dismissed” by the Young Bucks.
Daniels shared his thoughts on the new position during a conversation with Renee Paquette.
He commented, “To be honest, I believe it demonstrates that I can withstand a beating better than Tony Khan. That’s essentially what it comes down to. He recovered rather swiftly from a neck injury. I reckon it simply implies that whenever decisions have to be made and Tony prefer not to potentially expose himself to assault from other EVPs, it’s time for CD to step up. And here I am.”
