Randy Orton, Ric Flair Spoil Christian’s Return To The Ring

This week on WWE RAW, Christian faced Randy Orton in an Unsanctioned Match. The bout marked Christian’s first match on WWE RAW in over six years. Christian sought to defend the honor of his friend, Edge, and Orton goaded him into a match. Before the match, Ric Flair came to the ring and tried to talk Christian out of the match. But Christian refused his advice. “I have to do this,” Christian said. Flair pretended to leave the ring, but he hit Christian below the belt. when he had his back turn. Christian fell to the mat, and Orton punted him.

The Viper pinned Christian to earn an easy win. He leaned over Christian and spoke to him. “I didn’t want to do this,” said Orton. Medical officials then carried Christian out on a stretcher. “This is your fault,” Orton told Christian.
