Christian Cage Is AEW’s ‘Hall Of Fame Level’ Signing, Debuts At AEW Revolution

Christian Cage is All Elite.

At AEW Revolution, “Captain Charisma” made his AEW Debut, as he was the “Hall of Fame level” talent that Paul Wight teased this past week on AEW Dynamite.

At the pay-per-view, Christian came to the ring, signed a contract, and silently showed off his first AEW shirt. Written on the shirt, front and center, was the message, “Out. Work. Everyone.”

A former world champion in both WWE and TNA, Christian was forced into a premature retirement due to injuries in 2014. He returned at WWE Royal Rumble 2021 and hinted that he wanted to keep wrestling. Many years ago, he was one-half of a legendary tag team alongside Edge, who also returned to the ring after his own retirement.
