Recently, Christian Cage made an appearance on the latest episode of Insight with Chris Van Vliet, engaging in a variety of discussions.
In said interview, Cage, who has formerly held the title of AEW TNT Champion, shared his thoughts about his wrestling career’s trajectory. He indicated that his contract has about three years remaining.
“I always stated that I would remain in it until it ceased being enjoyable, and that has been my measuring rod. Hence, how can I not be relishing it at the moment? It remains enjoyable, it remains enjoyable. I don’t operate on a timeline, I penned down a contract. I believe I have an additional three years remaining on this contract, so we’ll reach the conclusion of that, and then assess what ensues. However, I do feel as if I have a wealth of understanding. I don’t claim to know everything, but I am quite knowledgeable. I perceive the industry differently, and I coordinate matches and observe them from a different perspective than others. When the timing is right, I would like to reciprocate and give back to the industry that has given me so much,” Cage remarked.
