In an unexpected turn of events during the Zero Hour pre-show of AEW Revolution 2025, the scheduled bout between Chris Jericho and Gravity didn’t occur as planned. Anticipation had been building for Jericho to defend his ROH World Championship title against Gravity when The Learning Tree threw a wrench into the proceedings.
Before the match could begin in earnest, The Learning Tree consisting of Jericho, Big Bill and Bryan Keith launched an assault, attacking Gravity immediately. What made the scenario more heart-wrenching was the presence of Gravity’s mother and sister, who were spectating ringside.
Attempting to offer his sibling some support, Bandido rushed into the scene. However, his efforts were in vain as Jericho succeeded in removing Gravity’s mask, dramatically altering the progression of events. As Gravity’s family scrambled to conceal his face, Jericho triumphantly exited the ring, mask in hand.

Daniel Garcia emerged victorious by submission in another match during the Zero Hour, fighting alongside Adam Cole, Kyle O’Reilly, and Roderick Strong against Shane Taylor Promotions. Additionally, Komander and Hologram triumphed over Blake Christian and Lee Johnson, while “Big Boom” AJ, Orange Cassidy, and Mark Briscoe won against the MxM Collection and Johnny TV.
