Chris Jericho States AEW Will Make It Through With Or Without CM Punk

As formerly reported, CM Punk was surrounding a go back to AEW in spite of the All Out interview event and brawl with The Elite prior to his current Instagram tirade about Jon Moxley and Chris Jericho.

AEW President Tony Khan wished to bring Punk back. The 2 sides were working towards that occurring, with it being accepted in concept and after that Punk made the post.

Jericho supposedly informed Punk after the brawl that Punk was a cancer to the promo.

While appearing on The Mark Madden Show, Jericho was asked whether he believes Punk will go back to the promo. Madden likewise joked about how they will not be exchanging Christmas cards.

” You understand, I’m not, however I wasn’t on Scott Hall’s Christmas card list or I wasn’t on Eric Bischoff’s Christmas card list. You do not need to be buddies to exist side-by-side so, to me, that’s not actually my wheelhouse. I’m not in charge of that. I’m sure there will be some responses to that quite rapidly I would presume. In either case, however to us, AEW’s gon na make it through and prosper with or without him so I think we’ll simply need to wait and see what takes place.”
