Various factions in All Elite Wrestling underwent intriguing adjustments in the April 9, 2025 episode of AEW Dynamite.
It’s now official that the trademark of AEW from January of The Paragon will be applied to the trio of Adam Cole, Kyle O’Reilly, and Roderick Strong. They self-identified as such during a behind-the-scenes section:

The Hurt Syndicate deliberated on integrating Maxwell Jacob Friedman into their gang. MVP was in favor, but both Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin were opposed.

Later in the broadcast, The Hurt Syndicate discussed with Alicia Atout, during which Lashley once again emphasized that they don’t need MJF. Benjamin mused that “little George Costanza” is comical, and proceeded to join Lashley. MJF confronted MVP questioning his treatment; MVP suggested MJF consider it a business transaction and cater to what the fans want, indirectly implying MJF might yet win them over.

Backstage, Don Callis predicted Kyle Fletcher and Konosuke Takeshita’s triumph in the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament. He further discussed injuries plaguing Brian Cage and Mark Davis and Lance Archer’s defeat to Brody King. He announced that he was open to recruiting fresh members to strengthen his faction, The Don Callis Family.

Last report features Chris Jericho having an in-ring TV Time promo with Big Bill and Bryan Keith. Jericho blamed them for his ROH World Championship (and tooth) loss to Bandido. But he also stated his belief in them and considered their victories as his own. He didn’t express anger but disappointment.

Jericho then exploded in frustration, destroying parts of his set and demanded they to repair it. He then stormed out of the arena, battering arbitrary objects with his baseball bat, Floyd.
