Chelsea Green, a WWE performer, has expressed her support for the introduction of secondary women’s titles in WWE, hinting at the potential addition of United States and Intercontinental Titles specifically designed for the women’s division.

The speculation about new women’s titles caught her attention during a conversation on “The Masked Man Show” earlier this week. Green stated, “I’ve seen the rumors online just like everyone else. I’m hoping it happens because it would be amazing to have more opportunities for women in the WWE. It’s about time for a change like this. I wouldn’t have seen this coming two years ago but now it feels inevitable.”

Green also proposed that future titles could be used to highlight women’s wrestling talent that perhaps isn’t currently recognized as potential future champions. “There are so many talented women in this industry who aren’t given the chance to shine. A new title might be the trigger for these performers to be elevated to new heights and lead a division,” Green added.

In a separate conversation with Sportskeeda Wrestling, Green expressed her interest in wrestling against Mayu Iwatani, a STARDOM wrestler. When asked about which STARDOM performers she would like to wrestle against, she responded, “Many of the wrestlers I’ve previously competed against, like Asuka, IYO [SKY], and Kairi [Sane], are now here. One person from STARDOM who isn’t here though is Mayu [Iwatani]. That would be an interesting match-up. We’ve also got extremely talented wrestlers like Momo [Watanabe]. The list of talented women in Japanese wrestling is endless.”
