Chelsea Green Fires Robert Stone After Win On 5/27 NXT (VIDEO)

“All good things must come to an end” would be a good mantra to keep in mind, if you’re Robert Stone.
Chelsea Green was successful in the tag team match where she partnered with Charlotte Flair against both Io Shirai and Rhea Ripley. Afterward, she dropped the bombshell on her brand manager, Robert Stone.

In a video released on WWE socials, Stone was bragging about bringing Chelsea success and how this was only the beginning of their partnership. She would agree that she had finally reached success and she wouldn’t have been able to do it without the help and partnership of the former Robbie E, but then she suddenly decided she was firing him.
The video ends with her walking off and stone assuming that she was kidding and then chasing after her to make sure that she wasn’t.
“After tonight, Chelsea Green is the hottest she’s ever been,” she said. “That’s why … you’re fired.”

The tandem had only been featured on television for a handful of months. At this time, there is no indication of what is next for either individual, but it appears their time as a duo has come to an end.
