During the recent WWE NXT episode on Tuesday night, TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace graced the NXT ring for the first time and triumphed over her opponent, Stevie Turner.
Post the event, Grace shared a snapshot featuring herself alongside WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels. The picture shows Michaels donning a “Chef Michaels” cap, a present from Grace to the NXT coaching executive.
In her caption, Grace stated her excitement, “I’ve never been more excited to give someone a gift in my entire life.”
It’s worth noting that Michaels has updated his Twitter D.P recently to a picture of him wearing a chef’s cap from a D-Generation X sketch in 2009. Fans on social platforms have been noticing HBK frequently “cooking” with NXT.
On the other hand, Former TNA Knockouts champ Mickie James shared her own thoughts on Jordynne Grace’s partnership with WWE on Twitter. She wrote, “The feels I get seeing the Knockouts World Championship held up high INSIDE a WWE ring makes me… ahhhsaaahhh… 🤪.”
