We may be seeing an angle stemming out of the pinfall administered by Charles Robinson during the WrestleMania main event of night two.

After it was noted on social media that Edge should perhaps be heralded as the new WWE Universal Champion as it was his body on top of Daniel Bryan’s when Robinson’s hand slapped the canvas for the third time, Adam Pearce Tweeted out a moment of consideration in which Lil Naitch offered his own input on the matter.

“Four shoulders were on the mat,” Robinson Tweeted regarding his ruling. “Roman was on top of both and in charge. It’s my discretion and that’s the final call.”

Pearce however, responded with one simple statement to set up a little intrigue for this Friday’s SmackDown:

“Charles, please come and see me in my office on Friday. Thank you.”

The main event to WrestleMania 37 sure provided fans with plenty to talk about as Roman Reigns retained his Universal Championship in questionable fashion after he benefited from the interference of Jey Uso to save him from the same fate Daniel Bryan suffered from Edge: a conchairto to the skull. Uso’s meddling happened to turn the tables for “The Head of The Table” as it was Reigns who smashed Edge’s head between two chairs and made the now controversial cover to close the show.
