As we previously reported here on eWn, Cash Wheeler faces one count of aggravated assault with a firearm. The incident took place on July 27th before a warrant for Wheeler’s arrest was issued the day after.
Wheeler flashed a gun during a “road rage” incident, and he pleaded not guilty to the charge through his attorney earlier this month. The charge is classified as a third-degree felony in Florida.
Pwinsider is reporting that Wheeler may still be able to take part in AEW All In 2023 following the arrest.
Wheeler was not asked to surrender his passport by the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida and the court also did not impose any restrictions on the FTR member traveling internationally. Since Cash has not been convicted, he may still be able to work the show in London.
Cash and his partner Dax Harwood will defend the AEW World Tag Team Championships against The Young Bucks at the AEW All In 2023 pay-per-view event at Wembley Stadium on August 27.
