Going back to December, WWE had strategies to contact Cameron Grimes to the primary lineup as he had his last match in November on an episode of NXT when he lost to Joe Gacy.

That has yet to take place as WWE didn’t have anything artistically for him on the primary lineup and he was waiting for that to alter. Grimes went back to action by working a pre-show dark match where he lost to Ashante Thee Adonis at a SmackDown occasion in February.

Previously this month, there were rumblings internally about how Grimes is anticipated to be called to the primary lineup, “potentially after WrestleMania.”
