Bully Ray Talks The Miz Being Bullied By “Revered” WWE Superstars

Former WWE wrestler, The Miz, experienced a series of challenges notably bullying in his early WWE career, as shared by Hall of Famer Bully Ray this week.

In an episode of the renowned “Busted Open Radio” podcast, Bully Ray reflected on The Miz’s initial days in the WWE, during which he was unduly targeted. He stated,

“The Miz had to endure a difficult journey — it was harsh, but he eventually came out the other side triumphantly. It’s noteworthy that there are personalities in this industry who are adored and highly respected, but in reality, they were ruthless tormentors in the locker room. Despite what some might perceive — ‘Hero worshiping them for their fabulous matches and their esteemed status. Everybody has love for them.’ To which I reply, nonsense, you insincere pretenders.”

The Miz has often hinted at his experiences of being on the receiving end of tormenting during the beginning of his WWE tenure, particularly when he joined SmackDown in 2006.

Regardless of these early trials, Miz has risen up through the ranks to become a two-time Grand Slam Champion and holds the achievement of defeating John Cena in the headline event of WWE WrestleMania 27 in 2011.

In recent storylines, The Miz is now associated with the Final Testament and is currently engaged in battle with Uncle Howdy and the Wyatt Sicks.
