In a recent episode of the podcast “Busted Open Radio”, wrestling personality Bully Ray shared his insights on PENTA’s surprise appearance at WWE Night of Champions event in Riyadh. During the event, PENTA came into the ring to help out CM Punk against the group led by Seth Rollins.
Here’s what you should check out from that episode:
Discussing PENTA’s intervention to help CM Punk, Bully Ray said, “Imagine, here’s CM Punk, he needs support, and Penta is there in the backdrop. When the screen showed him, it got me thinking: Oh my God! CM Punk is in trouble, he needs assistance! It’s time for someone to strike my music and let me rush to aid CM Punk! But instead, PENTA was greeting everyone, indulging with the audience, before he actually got to save Punk… This completely disrupted my engagement with the match.”
Sharing how certain elements in the match distracted him, Bully Ray stated, “When things are right, they are right, when they are wrong, they are wrong. PENTA? He took me out of the experience. The referee managing the table? It also took me out of it! I want to be completely engrossed in what’s happening.”
