In a recent episode of the “Busted Open Radio” podcast, Bully Ray, a renowned WWE Hall of Famer, aired his trepidations about the persistent collaborative relationship between WWE NXT and TNA Wrestling.
According to Bully Ray, there’s a possibility that Triple H might strategize to poach all the skilled wrestlers from TNA or might even consider acquiring the company outrightly.
Here are some notable highlights from the podcast conversation:
Bully Ray speculating about WWE possibly giving TNA a deceptive sense of safety: “They might initiate and continue a highly successful business relationship, and subsequently, Triple H might take a turn and decide, ‘Alright, it’s time to seize all your talent, or possibly, we’re just going to purchase you outright.’”
Bully Ray discussing about NXT’s current use of TNA’s talented wrestlers: “Their interest in these talents seems genuine, they’ll implement them into crossover programs, when their contracts are due, a real bid for them will be presented. I would hypothesize that this prospect might have already been discussed by the decision-makers in NXT and TNA.”
