During a recent episode of the “Busted Open Radio” show, notable former wrestler Bully Ray speculated about the likelihood of Seth Rollins collaborating with the original Bloodline in their upcoming WarGames clash at WWE Survivor Series 2024.
Bully Ray expressed skepticism, based on Rollins’ recent utterances during a RAW episode, that The Visionary would provide any backing for Roman Reigns’ faction.
Asserting his viewpoint, Ray stated, “[From my perspective] the backstage comments from Seth on ‘Raw’ surpass what unfolded in the ring. I would describe it as ‘adamant.’ A more suitable word eludes me. [Seth expressed], ‘Under no circumstances, given my past dealings with Roman Reigns, am I ever going to align with this individual again.’ They might tease it during the show, hinting at ‘Who will be the fifth member?’ I believe that the fifth member will not accompany them to the cage side, if that’s the road they take. I don’t wish for it to be predictable…I prefer a surprise angle. There are other potential participants doing the rounds. However, based on what I witnessed last night, I’m uncertain if Seth will have a change of heart.”
In the meantime, WWE NXT Champion Trick Williams was probed about potentially squaring off with WWE Hall of Famer Booker T while on the “Ten Count Media” show.
Williams shared his thoughts regarding the recent boxing match involving Jake Paul and WWE Hall of Famer Mike Tyson. Highlights from the talk show are as follows:
Discussing a possible clash with Booker T, Williams said, “It would be a privilege. As everyone is aware of the admiration I have for Booker T, his impact even on my wrestling moves. In my eyes, Booker T is unquestionably one of the towering figures. Definitely in my personal top three to top five. Having the chance to be part of his final match would be extraordinary. I’m optimistic, so I’m voicing it out loud. We need to make that happen.”
He elaborated on how he envisioned his bout with Booker T might resemble Jake Paul’s fight with Mike Tyson, saying, “Now, as for Booker T teaching me a lesson? I’m gonna drop a hint. Last weekend, Jake Paul faced Mike Tyson. That’s all I’ll say right there, that’s all I’ll say right there. Seriously, though. If he feels the need to show me otherwise, let’s stage this event.”
