In a recent airing of the “Busted Open Radio” podcast, WWE Hall of Fame member Bully Ray expressed his thoughts on Nic Nemeth’s exit from WWE, and his current wresting stint in TNA Wrestling.
In Ray’s own words, “I’m of the opinion that TNA hasn’t applied Nick’s skills as a solo wrestler effectively. Given a different approach, they perhaps could have leveraged his talent for up to three pay-per-views. Now he heads to TNA, a place where he can feature as a solo competitor and prominently at the top of their roster. After his brief rivalry with Moose, which wrapped up with Moose’s victory, he’s suddenly forming part of a tag team? The thought is to explore his dynamic with his brother on a team later. My concern is that they haven’t employed his talent as a solo wrestler effectively to begin with, and presented him in the optimal light from the start.”
Nemeth had his premiere in TNA Wrestling at the TNA Hard To Kill 2024 tournament, where he came face-to face with the freshly named TNA World Champion, Moose.
