Bully Ray: CM Punk Should Return At Royal Rumble & Eliminate Brock Lesnar

Brock Lesnar has officially entered his name into the Royal Rumble field, and as fans begin to speculate who else could be joining, Bully Ray has a theory about who might be also ready to enter the fray. During the latest episode of SiriusXM’s Busted Open Radio, Bully Ray theorized that CM Punk could enter the Rumble at 30, and potentially challenge the superstar in the ring.
“I think that if there’s hope that surrounds any one wrestler more than anybody else, it’s him,” he said. According to Bully Ray, having CM Punk enter the Rumble as the 30th entrant – Lesnar will be first into the Rumble – would be an incredible way to not only reintroduce Punk to the world of wrestling, but would be an incredible story and garner a reaction from the fans. “Punk enters the ring, Punk and Brock Lesnar are face-to-face…and splitting right in the middle is the look of horror, Paul Heymans looking like Kevin from Home Alone.”
It’s an incredible theory, and one that would certainly get a huge reaction from fans. However, it remains to be seen if CM Punk actually desires to wrestle again, so we’ll have to wait and see.
