Following his WWE release, Buddy Murphy is hoping to show everyone that the secret is out.
The former WWE Cruiserweight Champion’s first match since he was let go in June has been announced; in a tweet, Brian Cage shared a promotional image to hype up his match with Murphy. The two men will collide at a Battleground Championship Wrestling show on September 18 at the 2300 Arena, formerly known as the ECW Arena. The event is running in conjunction with the Icons of Wrestling Convention.
Cage currently competes for All Elite Wrestlin; as of this writing, he is the FTW Champion. In the past, he has held the IMPACT World Championship. Murphy hasn’t signed anywhere yet, as he is currently limited by his no-compete clause following his release.
