Bryan Danielson will compete on the November 5 episode of AEW Rampage, as he’s set to face Anthony Bowens in a singles match.

Company president Tony Khan announced the news on Friday; the bout is the latest development in Khan’s feud with Bowens and Max Caster, collectively known as The Acclaimed. In a tweet that confirmed the match, Khan implied that he might want to see Bowens get his “f’n head kicked in” when he faces Danielson, the third-ranked wrestler in the men’s division.

TONIGHT on #AEWRampage, I’m booking one of the top singles wrestlers in @AEW vs. one of the top tag team wrestlers in #AEW + I must admit I may take some personal satisfaction from this. Am I a horrible boss Anthony? Or are you going to get your f’n head kicked in TONIGHT on TNT?

Bowens responded by vowing to make “The American Dragon” his “bitch” on Friday night.

You think is this a punishment @TonyKhan? Tonight I’m gonna make Bryan Danielson MY BITCH #CriticallyAcclaimed

  • AEW TBS Women’s Championship Tournament: Red Velvet vs. The Bunny
  • Bryan Danielson vs. Anthony Bowens
