Bronson Reed Is Pushing To Stay In The Main Event Picture, Triple H Wanted A Two-Hour RAW Format

Bronson Reed recently shared his aspirations of ensuring his position stays prominent in the main event scheme.

Reed, who has recently been in the middle of a feud with Braun Strowman, can currently be seen testing his strength against Seth Rollins. He revealed his future plans as well as his current collaborations backstage during his guest appearance on “Insight with Chris Van Vliet” podcast. Some highlights of the discussion can be found below:

With respect to his future plans: “I am believing that my future will be in the main event sector. I’ll be pushing tirelessly to secure that position, regardless of whether it’s on Raw, or on PLEs. My aim is to keep myself in the main event scene consistently.”

Discussing the people he is working with backstage: “Currently, I am working in semantics with individuals backstage such as Hunter, or Triple H. I also work quite religiously with Paul Heyman. It goes without saying, the most impactful influences in my wrestling journey have been my coach, Harley Jackson, back in Australia, followed by Hunter. However, the most recent addition to the list is Heyman. Since the beginning of the year, I make it a point to sit down and chat with Heyman each week at ‘Raw’. His knowledge about wrestling is vast and enriching.”

Freddie Prinze Jr., another key player in WWE, recently disclosed Triple H’s long-time desire to resize WWE RAW to a two-hour format.

It’s well known that WWE RAW will continue with this two-hour format for the rest of the year before transitioning to Netflix in the New Year.

During his recent podcast “Wrestling With Freddie”, Prinze talked about Triple H’s views on the two-hour format, saying,

“This change to a two-hour format has been something Triple H has been advocating for a long time now. He first brought up this idea when I was there, so it’s been in circulation since 2007, with Triple H suggesting that Raw could improve with a two-hour format.”

However, at present, it’s not clear whether RAW will revert back to a three-hour duration when it begins its stints on Netflix.
