Recently, in a conversation hosted by “Getting Over,” Bron Breakker highlighted the invaluable mentorship he received from Roman Reigns and CM Punk within the WWE’s dressing room.
Breakker additionally commended the occasional guidance provided by Paul Heyman. Describing his experience, Breakker stated, “Roman Reigns has been tremendously supportive. Paul Heyman is also notable. The entire team has warmly greeted me. Whenever I had questions or doubts, CM Punk and others have been always there. Everyone has welcomed me heartily and shown willingness to help. Furthermore, there’s a mutual excitement for each others’ success. It’s truly an incredible environment.”
On another note, during a recent episode of the “Gorilla Position” podcast, ex-Intercontinental Champion GUNTHER revealed his most admired match in WWE history. He singled out the clash between Masato Tanaka and Mike Awesome at ECW One Night Stand.
In GUNTHER’s words, “I typically struggle with questions like these. However, there’s one match I repeatedly find myself watching – Masato Tanaka versus Mike Awesome from the inaugural ECW One Night Stand. Even though it doesn’t align with my wrestling style, it has consistently entertained me. It’s more of a hidden treasure, offering immense entertainment even despite it not reflecting my wrestling aspirations. So, personally speaking, for my enjoyment, I would choose that match.”
