Brodie Lee Demolishes Cody Rhodes, Wins TNT Championship

Cody Rhodes had his toughest test yet as he put his AEW TNT Championship on the line against Brodie Lee and he didn’t pass it.

Lee took the fight immediately to Rhodes, which caught the champion off-guard and tossed him out of the ring. Rhodes was never able to recover and Lee kept the pressure on the entire time. It was a one-sided beating the entire match as Lee hit a spinning lariat to claim the title.

After the win, Lee declared that the Dark Order are officially on top. Rhodes was about to be taken out on a stretcher when the rest of the Dark Order interfered. Lee and the rest of the Dark Order then beat up Arn Anderson and dumped Rhodes back onto the ground. Brandi Rhodes would then check on her husband and get choked out by Anna Jay as a result.
