Brock Lesnar Suffered Injury During WWE SummerSlam 2023 Match

Brock Lesnar suffered an injury during his match with Cody Rhodes at the WWE SummerSlam 2023 pay-per-view event with Rhodes going over. Each star held a win over the other going into the bout.

Cody hit multiple Cross Rhodes’ for the win. Post-match, Lesnar shook the hand of the American Nightmare and raised his arm in an unplanned moment.

Dave Meltzer reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that ”Brock Lesnar was injured early in the SummerSlam match.”

It’s unclear what the exact injury that Lesnar is dealing with. The plan is for Lesnar to return for the build-up to the Royal Rumble.
