Brock Lesnar Returns To WWE, Roman Reigns Defeats John Cena At SummerSlam

Tonight’s main event of SummerSlam ended in a major way, with Roman Reigns retaining his WWE Universal Championship over John Cena before being confronted by none other than Brock Lesnar.

In an incredible match between the two legendary superstars, it was Reigns who walked out on top after coming alive late in the match. Surviving multiple Attitude Adjustments from Cena, Reigns was able to get back on his feet and trade punches with the superstar looking for his 17th title.
Reigns then avoided a punch and was able to land multiple consecutive Superman Punches on Cena, dropping him to the ground before hitting him with a massive spear to end the match and retain his title. However, things only got crazier from there, as after the match Reigns had a visit from a very surprising superstar.

Following his win, Reigns began to celebrate in the ring before Brock Lesnar’s music hit. A stunned Reigns watched as Lesnar came out, sporting a brand new look complete with a ponytail and beard, and marched his way down to the ring. A visibly scared Paul Heyman stood behind Reigns as Brock climbed into the ring, facing down Reigns before watching as Reigns walked off, signaling that Brock is now back and looking for his next title opportunity.
