Brock Lesnar Reportedly A Free Agent After WWE Contract Lapses

Brock Lesnar is no longer a WWE superstar … for now at least.
PWInsider is reporting that the former WWE and UFC Champion is currently a free agent after his current contract lapsed. The two sides have been working on negotiating a new deal but haven’t been able to come to terms just yet after hitting “an impasse” that caused negotiations to be paused. PW Insider says this has happened several times in recent years, but this does mark Lesnar’s longest stretch without performing in WWE since he came back.
Lesnar’s contract being up would explain why his merchandise was removed from WWE Shop and why Paul Heyman is working with Roman Reigns. Being a free agent, this means Lesnar is free to negotiate with any competing companies including the Ultimate Fighting Championship or All Elite Wrestling, should he choose to do so.
