Brock Lesnar Is Going On Hiatus From WWE

Cody Rhodes vs. Brock Lesnar III was booked at the WWE SummerSlam 2023 pay-per-view event with Rhodes going over. Each star held a win over the other going into the bout.

The finish saw Cody hit multiple Cross Rhodes for the win before Lesnar shook the hand of Rhodes and raised his arm in an unplanned moment. 

It was originally believed that Lesnar was not taking a long hiatus from WWE as the Beast Incarnate is booked for WWE Fastlane on October 7th.

That’s no longer the case, as Dave Meltzer noted on Wrestling Observer Radio today that Lesnar will be gone from WWE for a while, with the next four months being mentioned.
