Wrestling star Britt Baker, in a recent discussion with Renee Paquette, opened up about her experience of suffering from a transient ischemic attack while she had taken a break from her wrestling career.

Baker revealed in the interview that she had been struggling with health issues like two herniated disks and an injured hip labrum, which eventually led to the attack. Experiencing symptoms like feeling unwell, room spinning, nausea, sweating and wrong right side, she was advised to go to the hospital. Despite insisting on finishing her hair appointment, she was eventually taken to a hospital, where she was quickly diagnosed and treated for a mini-stroke.

Reflecting on the experience, Baker admitted that she had been neglecting her health due to an immense amount of pressure she was under at that time. This health scare was a reality check for her, making her realize the importance of taking care of her mental, emotional, and physical health, and setting aside time for self-care.

Today, she informs there are no lingering symptoms from her health scare. Instead, she now puts more effort into her physical health and overall well-being, spending a significant amount of her time in the gym.
