As previously reported by us here at eWn, Britt Baker recently found herself in hot water, getting suspended and fined by AEW’s disciplinary panel following an off-camera incident involving MJF and Alicia Atout, his girlfriend.
The suspension imposed on Baker provides an answer to her noticeable absence from the most recent episode of Dynamite.
Baker has since taken to the digital stage to reply to the buzz swirling around her misconduct involving Atout and MJF backstage.
She conveyed her thoughts online via a tweet that read, “Ever came across gossip about yourself that piqued your curiosity? Like, how did that happen … what did I do subsequently?!”
Britt is set to go up against Mercedes Mone for the coveted AEW TBS Championship at AEW All In London 2024, which will be held on Sunday, August 25, at the world-renowned Wembley Stadium in the heart of London, UK.
