Offering her opinion on the state of women’s wrestling today, Bella remarked, “It’s profoundly remarkable. It’s what we all stood up and fought for throughout various eras and generations. Watching the present scene, especially during WrestleMania, brings goosebumps on my skin. It brings tears to my eyes since watching the women’s storytelling and opportunities is just awe-inspiring. That is something all women in the past would have wished for. It’s delightful seeing it having come to fruition now. The transformation has been a long time coming. But finally, we have it. I absolutely adore it.”
Sharing her thoughts on the availability of numerous options for women’s wrestling in other promotions, Bella said, “As an enthusiast, simply spectating, it fills me with thrilling anticipation thinking about it. Viewing women’s wrestling is such an enjoyable pastime. The aspect I appreciate more is that there’s not just a single platform I can watch it on; there’s a plethora of women’s wrestling content out there, a fact which I absolutely cherish. I relish that it’s possible to watch AEW, WWE, Ring of Honor and more. The list just goes on and on regarding the various arenas we possess through which wrestling can be accessed.”
It’s worth noting that Bella’s most recent wrestling bout was during the WWE’s 2022 Royal Rumble pay-per-view spectacle, where she appeared as a surprise entrant in the women’s Royal Rumble match.
