Eddie Edwards and Brian Myers have been feuding for the past couple of weeks, and during tonight’s episode of IMPACT Wrestling, things came to a head with a Hold-Harmless Match set up for the upcoming IMPACT Sacrifice pay-per-view.

Things began with Myers walking into Scott D’Amore’s office backstage, trying to convince D’Amore to terminate the contract of Edwards, in an effort to erase him from the history of IMPACT Wrestling. Instead, D’Amore told Myers that while they could go to court if that’s what he really wants, the two could instead settle things in the ring at Sacrifice in a Hold-Harmless Match.

While Myers initially seemed happy about the idea of a submission match and accepted the match, D’Amore quickly told him that Hold-Harmless actually meant that it was a no disqualification match, and the two could use any item and do anything they wanted to win. A clearly unhappy Myers stormed out of the offense, with a new match to prepare for.
