Bret Hart, a world-renowned wrestler, made an impactful reappearance on this week’s episode of WWE RAW, resulting in a tense interaction with fellow wrestler GUNTHER.
The WWE Hall of Fame inductee emerged in front of an ecstatic crowd in his native city of Calgary, Alberta, Canada to deliver a short yet significant speech on this week’s WWE episode. However, things heated up quickly when GUNTHER, the current WWE World Heavyweight Champion, intervened. Walking down to the ring, GUNTHER boldly issued a statement, asserting that Hart, while representing the best there ever was, the best there currently is, and “possibly” the best there ever will be in wrestling, will always rank second to Bill Goldberg in his eyes.
Sami Zayn then joined the scene, donning a jersey as a tribute to the late Johnny Gaudreau, and hailed Hart as a true Canadian hero. This quickly led to a verbal confrontation between Zayn and GUNTHER. The latter dismissed Hart, stating that he was not in his league and that Zayn was not in Hart’s.
