Bray Wyatt Is Reportedly “Getting Closer” To Being Cleared For WWE TV Return

Since March, Bray Wyatt has been off WWE television due to a reported illness. He was pulled from WrestleMania 39, where he was slated to wrestle Bobby Lashley. 

Wyatt did not appear at Summerslam despite speculation of it happening.

Fightful Select reports Wyatt is “getting closer” to being cleared. Tentative creative plans are being discussed. 

The report stated, “Of late, we’ve confirmed that Wyatt isn’t actively cleared, but those we’ve spoken to claim that he’s getting closer, and that there have been some creative ideas presented. One source indicated that some ideas were even mentioned for September, however that won’t mean anything if he doesn’t get that clearance.”

WWE and Wyatt have been taking “extra precautions” to make sure that his long-term health is taken care of.
