Bray Wyatt Defeats Daniel Bryan, Retains WWE Universal Championship At WWE Survivor Series

WWE Universal Championship “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt and Daniel Bryan have rekindled their rivalry in recent weeks. At WWE Survivor Series, Wyatt defended his title against Bryan. Bryan threw every weapon in his arsenal at Wyatt but the Fiend was too much for the challenger. Wyatt pinned Bryan after he locked in the Mandible Claw to win the match and retain the title.

Bryan took the fight to Bryan but the Fiend turned him inside out with a clothesline. Wyatt dominated the match for a few minutes. Bryan rallied and rammed Wyatt into the ring post. He also hit a dive off the top rope to the outside. The match was all Bryan for a while and he rocked the Fiend with a number of kicks. Bryan hit his signature running knee for a near fall. Wyatt tried to lock in the Mandible Claw but Bryan countered it into an armbar. Wyatt caught Bryan in mid-air and locked in a Mandible Claw, which earned him the three count.
