As we previously reported here on eWn, Braun Strowman “is out of action with an unspecified injury.” He is currently on the disabled list and is not expected to return anytime in the near future.

Pwinsider is reporting that Strowman was seen yesterday in Birmingham, Alabama. This is the place where WWE talents usually travel in order to undergo surgery.

In an interview with the A2theK Wrestling Show, Madi Wrenkowski discussed the end of AEW Dark and AEW Dark: Elevation, where she was a regular performer.

AEW Dark and AEW Dark: Elevation came to an end with the announcement of AEW’s upcoming show, Saturday Night Collision. Wrenkowski said,

It was shocking, but I feel like it was time. They definitely held a really good place in the pandemic era, when they only had ‘Dynamite,’ but now that AEW is progressing so much, and the talent they have, they need bigger platforms. The new shows that they’re coming out with are going to do a really good job at replacing them, or upgrading in a sense. And it’ll feel like it’s an upgrade. As sad as it is to see it go, we should see better things to come.”

And finally, the Cauliflower Alley Club has announced that Ron Simmons is the recipient of the 2023 Lou Thesz/Art Abrams Lifetime Achievement Award. The announcement comes after Mickie James was honored with this year’s Women’s Wrestling Award.
