On February 2nd, Lanny Poffo died due to cardiac arrest at the age of 68. The news was exposed by “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan.

On his“Hall of Fame” podcast, Booker T shared his acknowledgements for Poffo’s household while keeping in mind that The Genius had actually fulfilled the 5-time WCW Champion to movie for “WWE’s Most Wanted Treasures” about a month prior to his death. Booker T stated,

“He had a tight t-shirt on and whatever like he had actually been exercising. I was really enhancing him on the tight t-shirt. He resembled ‘I use these t-shirts to keep whatever together.’ He appeared completely great.”

“We’re simply finishing up as far as the Macho Man Randy Savage’s things that we were searching for Treasures, for Mach. Like I stated he appeared completely great and for me to open my phone and simply searching for some stories for the program tonight which’s the very first thing that appeared today I go ‘Wow man. Simply can’t appear to capture a break with people falling.’ Appeared like we simply went through this a couple weeks back right?”

Poffo made his WWE launching in 1985 together with his sibling, Randy Savage. He was well-known for his distinct design and was arranged to accept a Lifetime Achievement Award on behalf of Savage at the 80’s Wrestling Con at the time of his death.
