During a recent episode of his “Hall of Fame” podcast, WWE legend and Hall of Famer, Booker T, declared his view that the Ring of Honor (ROH) brand doesn’t belong in All Elite Wrestling (AEW) programming.

Booker T also confessed to not being an avid viewer of AEW.

Here are some notable opinions from his podcast:

On the topic of ROH appearing on AEW programming, Booker T had this to say, “To be frank, the Ring of Honor brand doesn’t have a place on AEW TV. Understandably, this is just my personal opinion. However, I believe that there should be a dedicated division for women which would include a women’s title and a women’s champion. Additionally, there should be another title for the women to strive for, like a television championship.”

On his viewing habits towards AEW, he admitted, “I don’t regularly tune into AEW. I can admit that much. Something feels lacking in its current buzz compared to when they first entered the scene. I particularly feel that the cross branding with ROH hasn’t been to their advantage. From what I saw recently, Shane Taylor was on the show with his crew, but I found it hard to keep track of the story or the cast. I couldn’t remember who they beat, whether the guys were from AEW or ROH. Apart from recognizing Shane Taylor, who had previous interactions with Reality Of Wrestling, I’m not too familiar with what else is happening at AEW.”
