Blue Meanie & Crowbar Express Gratitude For AEW Appearances

Crowbar

AEW turned back the extreme clock this week with Crowbar and The Blue Meanie. The company was in Philadelphia this week for AEW Dynamite and Rampage and Tony Khan had a few surprises in store for the live Philly crowd. On the upcoming episode of AEW Dark, Crowbar will be back in the ring to face fellow New Jersey “Bad Boy” Joey Janela. The wrestling veteran did have some support on his side as it was Blue Meanie who accompanied him. Both men took time to thank Tony Khan for the opportunity to wrestling in front of the rowdy “All Elite” crowd.

“What a night! Thank you to the Tony Khan and the AEW crew for the opportunity and for being so welcoming! It did my heart good!” Tweeted Meanie.

Crowbar reflected back on how much time has passed since he last wrestled in WCW and also gave a great deal of respect to his in-ring foe Janela.

“20 years since WCW… Dare to dream, ignore the naysayers, pursue what you love. Thank you to Tony Khan and everyone at AEW who made this possible. And huge…HUGE thank yous to the man Joey Janela – You’re the best my brother.”
