The legendary band, Blink-182, paid a rocking tribute to WWE Hall of Fame legend, The Undertaker, during the commencement of their latest One More Time tour. The tour, which kicked off on June 20, originating from Orlando, Florida, featured an unexpected but electric homage to The Undertaker. The widely-celebrated band chose to start their performance, engulfed in eerie smoke and darkness, to the beats of the Deadman’s iconic theme.
This isn’t the inaugural instance where The Undertaker’s dramatic WWE entrance music has been repurposed for use outside of wrestling. Notably, UFC fighter Israel Adesanya made a memorable appearance at UFC 276, using an arrival routine reminiscent of The Undertaker.
In an unrelated note, ROH Women’s TV Champion, Billie Starkz, has been vocal about her desires to feature the Blink-182 track ‘Aliens Exist’ as her wrestling entrance music, although this has not thus far been realised.
The band’s explosive tour kick-off can be viewed in the following video titled “Blink-182 – One More Time… Tour (Opening Night) – 06/20/24 – Orlando, FL – HD 1080p”. It is available for streaming on YouTube.
