Big E Praises Paul Heyman, Knew Talking Smack Segments Would Be Good Conversation

WWE superstar and current WWE Intercontinental Champion Big E was recently a guest on Oral Sessions with Renee Paquette, where he spoke about a variety of topics. During the conversation, his working relationship with Paul Heyman came up, and he spoke about their recent Talking Smack segments.
When asked about how his relationship with Paul Heyman was, Big E was quick to bring up their Talking Smack history, and acknowledged how their discussion surrounding Big E’s Intercontinental Championship was beneficial to both of them. “What a charmer,” he jokingly said. “He’s a heck of a charmer. When I saw the feedback – and I knew when we were doing it – this is good for me, this is a good conversation, nothing bad is going to come from this being out there and him kind of stirring this pot and this idea. You know, I thought both conversations I had with him, I think I did one alone and then we did one with me and Apollo too, but it’s all been positive, I think too.”
Clearly, Big E has a ton of respect for Heyman, and if the legendary figure is correct, Big E’s recent championship win is just the first step on his path to facing off against Roman Reigns in the future, and establishing himself as one of WWE’s biggest stars.
